Working for Borsa Italiana since 2005, Patrizia has followed 90+ listing transactions including IPOs, Business Combinations and Corporate Actions relating to small, mid, large corporates, SPACs and Alternative Investment Funds in coordination with leading international banking institutions, law firms and advisers. Since 2015 she has been responsible for the origination of new listings with expected initial market capitalization exceeding 1 billion Euro, the account management of listed companies included in the FTSE MIB, FTSE Italia Mid Cap and MIB ESG indices, the further development of equity markets dedicated to investment vehicles and the market intelligence analysis. Since 2021 she has been co-founder and co-lead of the Sustainable Finance Partnership program of Borsa Italiana. From 2009 to 2021 she was responsible for the Italian Equity Roadshow program attracting and meeting with leading institutional investors from all over the world. From 2015 to 2020 she served as a member of the ESG Capital Markets Committee of the London Stock Exchange Group. Graduated in Business Economics and Ph.D in Applied Econometrics to Corporate Finance and Financial Markets.
